Current Pieces I’m Crushing On: Nasty Gal

It’s been a hot second since I’ve done one of these blog posts but I’m so excited to bring them back to my site. I’m constantly online shopping and I’m starting to think I have a serious problem. Half the time I don’t actually buy the contents of my basket because I’ve put about 50 items in there and your girl here is trying to pay off her students loans and debts. HOWEVER, on the odd occasion I put items in my wish list / saved items to watch for a while to see if they go on sale.
I thought I would share at least one website a week where I show you what I’m loving and dying to get my hands on from their “New In” sections. This way you can see what I’m loving and steal these styles for yourself because sharing is caring right?
This week I have been looking on the site Nasty Gal. I’d never heard of this brand before until I properly started using instagram more and looking through the explore page. Plus my good friend Tenisha from lifetrestyle.com recommended them to me after she had a really good experience with them recently so I thought it was worth the check out.
And my god was it worth it! They have all the latest trends on their new in section. The leopard prints, the mustard colours, coords, everything, you name it and it’s there. But these are the mere “few” things I have got in my saved items list ready to purchase in the sales.
Black Canvas Belt (£5)

These belts have been E V E R Y W H E R E as the dupes for the Off White belts but how cool would this look with an oversized t-shirt tied into a cropped knot, high waisted jeans and vans?
Time for Plan B Striped Pants (£20)

Coords have been one of the hottest trends this summer and I’m certainly a huge fan of them. You can dress them up with heels and dress them down with trainers which I would do. These bottoms are such a nice twist on a two piece because they have slits all down the front which is super flattering for petite gals like me because it shows our legs rather than cutting them off. You could pair this with a white bandeau or…
Time for Plan Bandeau Striped Top (£20)

You could style them with the matching bandeau! This is such a gorgeous top to style with the trousers or on its own with a white denim skirt or a pair of blue high waisted jeans and a pair of Nike Air Force 1s. I’m such a fan of bandeaus and I feel like I really need this coord for the next shoot I have in London!
Get Button With It Mini Dress (£25)

I’m obsessed with button detailing on clothing at the moment. Button up shirts and dresses are everywhere and they make the perfect summer staple. This nude button up dress is no exception! I would pair this with a white t-shirt underneath with a pair of leopard print sandals to ooze city chic.
You Belt My Heart Wide-Leg Pants (£35)

Wide leg trousers have only recently come into my wardrobe, since last Christmas I would say. I used to think they’d make me look bigger than what I am but honestly, they are so flattering. High waisted trousers that hug you in at the waist but flare a little over your bum and legs gives you the nicest curves. They look lush tucked in with a printed cami top or a bandeau during the summer season. I’d pair this gorgeous pair with a leopard print cami top and matching sandal heels!
Don’t Be Bitter Lemon Swimsuit (£20)

And finally the last piece. Fruit printed clothing has really taken the world by storm this season but I think you either love it or hate it. This gorgeous swimsuit would look amazing tucked into high waisted jeans with a pair of converse for the summer or with a pair of shorts and sandals for a festival.
