Autumn/Winter Jumper Haul

Jumpers are my favourite pieces of clothing in the entire world. They have the ability to be dressed down, dressed up as well as keeping you warm and comfortable. You can style them with jeans, skirts, layer them over dresses and if you buy an oversized fit, even wear them with knee high boots as a dress.
I’m always on the hunt for cute jumpers and cardigans to fill my wardrobe for the Autumn-Winter season and this year I’ve found some staples.
Black Funnel Neck Jumper

This gorgeous funnel neck jumper is the perfect basic winter staple. A black jumper can be styled in so many ways with lots of different pieces and gives you that versatility for your looks. This oversized fit jumper is from Very and and looks beautiful paired with a simple pair of jeans, tucked into a pair of wide leg trousers and layered over a skirt and boots.
I bought mine in a size 12 so it would be slightly more oversized as I do like baggy jumpers and it fits like a dream.
Leopard Print Jumper

The first jumper that’s new to my Autumn-Winter wardrobe is this leopard print jumper from Primark. I’ve seen so many people wearing this jumper on Instagram so I know it’s a popular piece. It’s a gorgeous soft material that is so cosy and warm it’s the perfect jumper to wear during your long 9-5 lectures when you want to feel comfortable.
But leopard print has been everywhere in fashion the last few months. Animal print came back fighting fit and has been loved by 99.9% of bloggers and influencers on Instagram. It’s been all over jumpers, skirts, dresses, shows and even accessories. The bold print isn’t for everyone but I personally love it and think it makes the great statement piece for an Autumn-Winter outfit.
I bought mine in my size which is a 10-12 in Primark – which is branded as a Small since they rejigged their sizing around. I would say this jumper is a small but personally it isn’t a 10-12. It does feel a little snug and not as roomy as I’d like it to be but it is still comfortable and I would encourage you to buy it if you love the print, just go up a size!
Black Shaggy Cardigan

Over the years I have always thought of cardigans as unflattering and granny-ish items of clothing because nobody really wore cardigans when I was a teen. However, over the last few years they’ve come back on trend and have proven to be really popular. This cardigan has become my new go to jacket for any occasion; I’ve paid it with tracksuit bottoms to run to the shops and I’ve also styled it with an outfit for an event in London. It’s so versatile and goes with anything.
Considering it’s a cardigan, it is surprisingly warm. Despite it being knitted with a lot of holes, it makes the perfect throw over jacket for this time of year. In the UK at the moment the weather is so temperamental and it isn’t “cold” just yet so coats aren’t exactly an option right now – which makes this the perfect jacket.
I bought mine in a M/L which I thought would be quite an oversized fit but it actually came up fairly small. I’m a size 10 which usually means I’d buy a medium in clothing sizes if they aren’t numbered. However, I am really happy with the fit but I would recommend a M/L if you’re a 10-14 if you like a comfier fit, or a S/M if you’re a 6-10.
Stone Shaggy Cardigan

And of course I had to buy the exact same cardigan in this gorgeous caramel/tan colour! It’s the same cardigan but it gives off a complete different vibe. This tan colour looks gorgeous against a tan and a white tshirt to give your outfit that appropriate autumnal pop of colour.
Beige Overlap Knitted Sweater

You might have seen this jumper on a previous blog post of mine but I’ve got to include it on here too. If you want a neutral jumper that  is cosy, soft and can be styled casually or dressed up, then this is the jumper for you. Neutral colours are great for Autumn/Winter because you can pair them with bold or dark colours to balance out the colours.
This wrap over jumper is ideal for those comfy days out where you want to look cute for a day out shopping for example but want that winter comfort. It’s ideal to pair with a cute bralet as it does have a little room at the top which would look amazing paired with a pair of leather look jeans and some heels for a drinks night with the girls.
